Well I came across some headline… Zoo dating service. My first reaction was “what the…᾿ (shut your mouth Ria). If you thinking about saving some animals from going extinct, why not start an animal dating service. Well this is what zoo Atlanta and other zoos around the world have set up – an international zoo dating service LOL!!! Some crazy s*** this is. Wonder why they called it a dating service. This is just a procreation/mating service. It dont matter anyway. Its all for a good cause…

For a moment there I decided to let my imagination run wild for a little bit. I tried to imagine them having a dating website… Upload photo… Now that would have been something. The way we are all choosy about how the other person looks physically, well the same applies for this zoo dating service. Zoo animals are ranked for generic purity. They have to be young and read to get it on… The higher the animals rank, the more eager curators are to put them together, wherever they are.

Rhino Love is the name they have coined for this little exercise. It’s all in an effort to boost black rhino population. Funny thing about all this is it’s like the normal dating services. A mate is identified and the animal is sent to other facilities around the country and the world where they’ll have a chance to add to the population with healthy offspring. Well we are all mammals, aren’t we?

    What if one of the rhinos just isn't ready to have babies. Would the other rhino be understanding? Is that a deal breaker? And if a black rhino goes with a white rhino would their families understand? Would they have to endure murmurings of others as they promenade in bliss across the savannah? Could a there be a sister site where the 2000 pound male ad ends up "Looking for like minded MALE black rhino"? And will there be a twisted underground where a wrong-headed tonner might be on the prowl for an "open-minded cheetah to scratch my back"? And will rhinos with too much money and not enough sense end up with a fetish for powdered human horn and put us on the endangered list?

    Ok Ria, so you are beautiful and have a sense of humor. I am glad they are helping the animal world. But hey you got to admit it would have been kinda cool to see what the dating site would have looked like. Example: - lonely Black male rhino - 2000lbs - big eyes - double horn type of guy - Love moonlight strolls, eating grass & chasing safari jeeps - Looking for like minded female black rhino BigR

    Interesting thoughts! Don't be already have something similar? Sperm banks?? lol There are so many places to go with this one! I hope the efforts to spare the black rhino are as successful as the many children that will come from this website. hehe

To be honest, in the beginning, I thought it would be a waste of time. But since I've never seen a similar service in any other dating site, I decided to give it a try.
