Unlike the uproar about the cover of Essence magazine, February issue, people have really embraced the cover models of next month’s issue of Ebony magazine Kimora Lee and Djimon Hounsou. Some call it a good love story. Kimora says in the interview that Djimon is really nourishing for her soul and makes her very happy. “I feel like I’m more than a complete person, Djimon really completes me."

She adds: “…I have everything a girl could ever want. I have everything that you could buy. I have every diamond in ever color. That’s not important to me now. I have it all and I could do fine without it. And that’s what’s important to know.”

    Oh, I think the baby is so adorable and lucky to be rich. People should marry who they want to marry. Color has nothing to do with it.

    What I have a problem with (and she confirms this by what she says) is her about face when it comes to men. Her early years she had to have money and prestige (russell simmons). Now she wants security and love (djimon). Why wasn't a guy like djimon her first choice a few years back? Just saying :-)

    I agree with Free33 and Fkoi. Also, I have to agree Tatts. I'm not ready for that much grey hair so early in my thirties, but that goatee does look pretty freakin' cool. Where's my bottle of peroxide? I'll have to try that one day.

    Just like any typical human being she was married once with kids and that was a lesson learned and she's a strong and determined woman to try it again and its not a fantasy. Im happy for their family.

    Ok So Kimora Lee is on the Cover and no one says anything Which they shouldn't Reggie Bush is on the Cover, they have a cow. Because Kimora is "ACCEPTED" In certain circles. Ms. Kardasian on the other hand, Is not. First of all It's nobodies business who loves who. secondly, anyone who has a problem with LOVE, Really, check yourself, you are so messed up in the head.     Love is love, and regardless of what some people THINK, love is truly color-blind. I'm happy for Kimora, she's from my town, St. Louis. It's good to see someone realize what's truly important in life. Much love and success.

    And folks got their panties in a bunch over Reggie Bush pleaseeeeeeeee on essence. and he was just the cover picture ONLY not even talking about his love life. People are hypocrites for real....if folks gonna talk like reggie can't give insight neither can he.....but for me i am not hateful like others or intimidated by love period....love is wonderful whether its interracial love, black love, white love, gay love....love is colorblind and is a beautiful thing and i am happy for these two and anyone who can't because of their color and the fact she isn't black need to reevaluate themselves and not allow things like this bother you.

    First of all, this was a very nice article about Kimora and her hub. It is very obvious from the way she behaves now he has had a very positive impact on her life and she seems centered. That is what love is and that is what the readers are responding to. Reggie and Kim are an attractive couple but they are laced with a little drama and who is to say that their have a strong enough foundation to grace the cover? I laugh at the love issues because the couples that are selected fall defunct ( i.e Russell and Kimora, Swiss and Mashonda, etc.) The only people that are really stayn together are J and Bey and you can see that they are truly bonded in spite of what the haters say. I think that is why people are offended and it would have been nice to select another couple for a mag for blk women because we are mistreated so much in our society that we should at least be the focus for our mag. Paula Patton and Robin Thicke would have been a better choice. Especially since they are beginning a family. Just my two cents.

To be honest, in the beginning, I thought it would be a waste of time. But since I've never seen a similar service in any other dating site, I decided to give it a try.
