A genuine man who values good morals, is old fashion, can follow through and be a good listener. If I had to give an example, I would love to meet someone similar to Orlando in The Diary of a Mad Black woman. Someone attentive, respectful (If you can't keep your eyes off of the waitress when we are on a date, it's probably not going to work), someone with a sweet sense of humour, so no cracking jokes at my expense (and I would never do that either). I am looking for a man who knows what being a "man" means: strong (admitting weaknesses is a sign of a strong man), motivated, expressive (if you're happy, say so), has good verbal/social skills, someone who is not materialistic and who likes or would like to be involved in outreaches/ministries. Most of all, someone who has high energy. Because I am an introvert I need a pick me up, I need to be energized by my partner (not all the time, just sometimes). I also need to be able to be with my girlfriends and have a little alone time.
