A bit about me...

My friends describe me as funny, loyal, level-headed, hard worker, committed, polite, generous, honest, and a fun person to be around.

I love to travel, although with my busy schedule there has not been much time for that, play tennis, do pretty much anything as long as it is outdoors, fish, go for long walks, meet new people and spend time with my kids (two girls 8 1/2 and 6 1/2)

Because of my very hectic schedule, I treasure a little down time now and then. Enjoying a bottle of wine or a Miller Chill, a good book, good dinners and good conversations. I work for a large local school district and am taking night classes to become a K-6 teacher. One more semester of course work and then on to student teaching in January.

Family and friends are very important to me; I value honesty and good open communication. I know everyone says that, but if you cannot communicate it can easily destroy a great relationship; our looks will fade but who we are inside stays forever.

I struggle with the whole long-term dating vs dating thing - relationships evolve. It starts out slowly with dating and it either fades away or turns into something fantastic.
