How would you describe yourself?
I am a sniffer, not a huffer - though I'm not opposed to a good ol' can of rubber cement glue. When I say sniffer it mostly refers to my unnatural inclination to become mesmerized by scents at any moment, my favorite being the smell of freshly wet pavement on a summer day. I am in all ways addicted to music. I suppose I've tried out other addictions, but they've never really worked and music seems to. I get that feeling sometimes like I'm floating and an intense passion is jetting through my body. When it stops - I press play all over again. What else? I'm passionate about carbonated water, packs of peppermint gum, and snails. Seriously though, I'm one of the kajillion musicians around this here city and in a couple of bands. I just finished up a play called Hot Grits with a few amazing females and continue to sing/songwrite. I find writing music to be one of the most intense experiences that one can have.
I am looking for
The usual of course: Someone with a great sense of humour, quick witted, and extremely nerdy. I love nerds! I want you to love learning and exploring. My favorite thing is to learn with and from the person I am with.
Obviously, I love music, so please enjoy it. You don't have to be a music buff, because I'm certainly not, but a symphony or opera sometimes would be great.
I want you to have at least one thing you're extremely passionate about and I really don't care what it is, I just want to know that there is fire burning in your heart.
I'm sure there are other things... Somewhere down the line.
