Hollywood Legend Debbie Reynolds Passes on Just a Day After Her Daughter Carrie Fisher

The legendary star Debbie Reynolds died on Wednesday at 84. It’s suspected that she suffered a stroke at her son Todd Fisher's house in Beverly Hills. This was just a day after her daughter, and Star Wars actress, Carrie Fisher died of a heart attack at 60.

Reynolds was planning the funeral of her daughter when she suddenly became ill at around 1pm. She was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital but unfortunately, she passed on hours later.

Before falling ill, Reynolds kept telling her family: “I miss her so much, I want to be with Carrie”. According to Todd, Carries death was too much for his mother. She was shattered with grief since it happened on Tuesday.

“She's now with Carrie and we're all heartbroken,” said Todd about the consecutive deaths that stuck their family.

Carried died from complications caused by a heart attack she had suffered four days before her death. She was aboard a plane from London to LA amid promoting her memoirs. Before the attack, she seemed to be of sound health.

Carrie and her mother Reynolds were very close after years of estrangement when Carrie was battling drug addiction. She leaves behind her only daughter, Billie Lourd, who will be the heiress to her estate. Carrie and Reynolds might be buried together in one of their family plots.
