i am an east asian guy. when i am in asian countries i am fairly popular. i also get attention from black women as well around the world. but when i am in white countries, it is almost like i am invisible. in fact, when i am in white countries, i get more attention from men than women. i dont even bother asking women out when i am in white countries. the one exception for all this might be russia, or some ex soviet states, ie kazakstan. ive noticed that women there are at least friendly to me. whether or not they want me to poke them is a different story.

The reason for the difference is because asian men have been bashed for so long, and rejected by white women even though they want them and would treat them nice, so when asian men get a white girl it’s a signal of change. Either asian men got better, or white girls have become more educated or both.

However, for the reverse case, asian girls with white guys, the general trend, esp what I have seen, is a negative one. Eg. the asian girl is a slut, her morals are of a much sluttier nature; either partner is dorky; immigrant girl with rich old creepy guy, etc.
The trend is there are no “normal” ppl in these couplings. I wouldn’t consider these asian girls as “betrayers”, more like girls not even worth considering at all. Their pairing selections are broadcasting to others low standards. Who cares about a coupling where the girl is easy?? No one does.

Does the author of this article live in a parallel universe versus what reality really is?

Nothing could be farther from the truth! Asian men for decades in U.S. statistical surveys, have less sex than ANY other male nationality.

Why is that? Western culture and the media continue to negatively portray the Asian male. I use the term, the “invisible asian male”. One clear example I can illustrate is with television exposure. The asian male is “invisible”, meaning nonexistant in television shows, television advertising commercials, etc.

Judge for yourself, pay particular attention to television commercials, and you will witness the majority of multicultural person television commercials will always have an asian female, but never an asian male.

Why is that? Again, the negative portrayal of the asian male.

I have had endearing girlfriends of all ethnicities, however, the point I wish to make with my blog, is that due to this Western culture stereotype and the media, we asian males must make more effort than any other male nationality to “get the girl at the end of the movie”. Sadly, we don’t.

Yes, I am a 5’11″ american born asian male, college educated, raised and living in the Bay Area of Northern California. Arguably, one of the most diverse multicultural communities in the U.S.

I believe the content of this article has no merit. We are far, far, away from Asian men being sexualized.

the whole thing is people are lokkin’ for somethin else to mess with,its what they do.(they’ve already sexualized everyone else,so why not asian men?)

also,i believe (correct me if i’m wrong), asian men are actualy looking outside their culture more.

i guess if the asian women are going outside their race to marry,that leaves less to the men,so they go out too.

also,some people are letting go of certain sterotypes associated with asian men

here’s one: the other day, i saw this absolutely delicious asian man (he had to be like six feet becous i’m 5’8 and he was obviously taller than me) ,kinda pale-ish,with the prettiest dark eyes,full lips, his hair was thick,and jet black and had his hair cut short framing his handsome face…he was wearing a black shirt,and slacks,with the sleeves rolled up…and here’s the crazy part…the lady huggin on him in a white mini-dress,and wedding veil was a milk chocolate woman with dread locks sitting on her very big chest.did not see that coming,nor did eeryone else staring at them on the train.

Asian girls are with white guys because white guys have Asian fetish, that’s not news. So the only question is why are Asian girls going for someone who only got a fetish on them? That’s because Asian girls always want a white boyfriend that they can show off. And that is what we call superficiality, and it is not a good quality for a human, generally speaking.

On the other hand, Asian guys are being desexualized by the media. So when Asian guys still got the white girls, that implies either we(yes, i am an Asian guy) worked hard to earn lots of money or we are just good people. And these are good qualities in a human, and that’s why it’s considered a progress.
