First and foremost, I need someone who is truly confident and comfortable in his own skin. He doesn't need to control others (especially me!) He has goals, integrity, accountability and self-deprecating humor. He loves people in general, is devoted to something more/bigger than himself and maybe even fixated on making the world a better place. I want to be best friends and confidants with someone who has a happy, giving and optimistic spirit. I can't deal with victim-mentality, jealous, angry, bipolar or depressed guys. Never again! My 'detecter' is much finer-tuned now, thank the Lord. Hopefully, your childhood is also filled with happy memories and no trauma. I am not interested in being a social worker or shrink. You get my point! I would like someone loving and open-minded enough to accompany me to events/venues that he wouldn't attend ordinarily, but because it would make me happy... And I would always reciprocate! I am looking for someone who celebrates life, appreciates adventure, has capacity for growth and will appreciate all that I am and aspire to be.
