I am a politically independent, God fearing, driven, humble, honest, caring, affectionate, selfless, intelligent woman of color who is finally going to start taking time for me. I had my son (whose father is white) my senior year in college and have spent my entire adult life making sure he received the stable, nurturing home environment he needed to be a successful, contributing member of society. He is now in college (culinary school).
I gave up my 20s and 30s as far as a social life is concerned and while I'm not trying to reclaim them, I'm finally at a place where I can have a social life.
Politically, I'm just right of the center. I am a member of the NRA, but I'm no Palin fan!
