I'm very much an optimist. I choose to surround myself with positive people and like to think that most people are good natured. Things happen for a reason no matter what, good or bad. I'm also very much competitive and hate losing. I'm a gracious loser though... Most of the time.
As for work, I admit, I have my days. It keeps me busy, but not too busy. But I love what I do. It's what I've always saw myself doing when I was a kid. I'm humbled and thankful that I get to do so.
I've had my share of fun in the city; theatre, volleyball, bowling, kickball, and flag football leagues. And I've made some great friends from all over the U. S and world. It's probably why I like DC so much- One night you can have an Empinada with friends from Indianna, the next night you can accidentally have a few drinks with diplomats from Norway, then run into the President's motorcade.
Well you've made it to the bottom! Maybe you'll say hi, maybe you'll wink, maybe you'll just take a pass. Whatever the choice, I'm sure you'll do just fine. And I will probably be fine as well. We'll probably go on doing what we've been doing. I guess we'll never know... Maybe.
