How would you describe yourself?
I'm a recent college grad marking time until I decide between law school and grad school. It's been a while since I've had the time or inclination to date or even consider building a relationship, and now that I'm home for the foreseeable future, I want to try again.
I love to read, go to the movies, and go out to eat. I also love cooking (although lately I've been more into baking than actual cooking). Family is VERY important to me; right now, there are three generations living together under one roof *voluntarily* and I love it. Besides the family I live with, I also have a lot of extended family in the area (9 nieces and nephews, 2 great-nieces, 11 first cousins and 30+ second cousins, and we get together a LOT... With all those people, it's always *someone's* birthday, lol). But aside from family stuff, work, and the occasional movie, I'm basically a homebody. I'd much rather stay in and watch DVD's than go out to a crazy club or something--I got enough of that in college.
I am looking for
I'm looking for someone with NO drama. I have enough trying to keep up with my family's, unfortunately. I definitely need someone slightly nerdy, preferably with a nerdy pastime or hobby that will occupy the time that I'm stuck in a book or watching a movie.
I also need someone adventurous, someone who can keep up with a bunch of crazy people--my high school and college friends are all nuts in a good way.
Looks aren't the MOST important thing, but they are important. Let's be honest, everyone needs chemistry in a potential relationship.
